Belem Capital Management S.à.r.l. is not authorised or supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). Belem Capital SLP is a special limited partnership (société en commandite spéciale) governed by Luxembourg law, registered with the RCS Luxembourg under number B294863, with its registered office at 152 Boulevard de la Pétrusse, L-2330 Luxembourg. It is an alternative investment fund within the meaning of the Luxembourg Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers. Its general partners are Belem Capital Management S.à.r.l. and Caibuo Capital S.à.r.l. (RCS Luxembourg B179292). Its alternative investment fund manager and central administration agent is ASTATE S.à.r.l., registered with the CSSF as an alternative investment fund manager under Article 3(2)(a) of the Law of 12 July 2013.

Belem Capital SLP is not authorised or supervised by the CSSF or by any other supervisory authority. Its units have not been registered under the securities laws of any jurisdiction and are not offered to the public. No marketing passport under Directive 2011/61/EU is available for Belem Capital SLP.

Belem Capital SLP. Units of the fund are offered only on the basis of its private placement memorandum and constitutive documents, to well-informed investors within the meaning of those documents, and only in jurisdictions where such an offer is lawful.

Segregated managed accounts. Segregated managed accounts are provided under bilateral agreements to eligible professional and institutional clients by Belem Capital Management S.à.r.l. The assets of each client remain its property and are held in a wallet in its name. The terms, eligibility conditions and availability of a managed account depend on the client's jurisdiction and are set out in the relevant agreement.

On-chain lending vaults. On-chain lending vaults operate under a third-party brand and are fully operated by Belem Capital. Belem Capital contributes the risk curation framework: eligible collateral, allocation limits across markets and liquidation loan-to-value parameters. Depositors remain the owners of their assets at all times. The curator sets and monitors risk parameters and does not take custody of, or hold, depositors' assets. Belem Capital is not the custodian of the vaults' assets and does not accept deposits. Assets deposited in the vaults are not assets of Belem Capital SLP. Access to the vaults, their terms and their availability in a given jurisdiction depend on the vaults' terms of use and on the interfaces through which the vaults are accessed.

Solutions for institutions and corporates. Services to institutions and corporates are provided under bespoke contractual arrangements, subject to applicable law and to the eligibility of the counterparty.
